I was so impressed with this I bought 8 for my employees on a business trip recently. 7/8 came and said it was the best night sleep the had. Best for kids

Definitely works, way better than melatonin
I have struggled to sleep for 35 years this is a heaven-sent. I sleep at least 6-8 hours and don't feel groggy.
